Meet the Makers!
My name is Debé and I'm a Canadian jewelry artist born on the East Coast of Canada, and now live on the West Coast in a beautiful little town called Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island.
I first became intrested in metal art jewelry in 2009 and it's something that just drew me in. I like being challenged by learning new techniques and exploring with different mediums, then taking what I've learned and putting my own unique style into it.
If we were to meet in person at an art show, you would see the intricate details in the jewelry I've hand-fabricated and the care and attention I put into every piece.
Right now (especially during social distancing), I feel it's important that every morning I get dressed and put on my favorite pieces of jewelry. Although it's such a simple task, it makes me happy that I've taken a few extra moments just for me.
Supporting handmade and small business is the backbone of our countries and it couldn't be easier with online shopping. I want you to know that I'm here for you, my valued customer and invite you to SHOP NOW (at your leisure, even in your PJ’s and I promise I won’t tell).
ENJOY and if you have any questions, I'm here to answer them.
IT'S A FAMILY AFFAIR!
Rick (aka my DH for dear husband) has a background in renovations and finishing carpentry and he ran his own construction company for many years.
Now that we’ve moved to the Island, Rick is semi-retired and he's been working with me by turning my display design ideas into reality.
Rick builds all my tables and displays for art shows and with so many requests to purchase them, he now makes them available online.
Check them out in the SHOP NOW section.
